Project management and customer care is at the core of what we do at Lintel. We know better than most that getting planning permission can be not only a headache but also cause huge delays to your home project, costing a lost of time and money. Our job is to guide you through all the bureaucracy needed to make your dream home a reality.
Throughout his career, Tristan developed a profound understanding for the complex world of building permissions and necessary paperwork. It can be the slowest and most difficult step in the design and build journey, so we make it as seamless and stress-free as possible, making sure that paperwork isn’t stopping you from creating your perfect home.
Don’t panic! At Lintel, it’s our job to get you through the planning stage. We help you understand exactly what permissions your project requires, who we need to contact, and roughly how long it should take.
It depends but we’re with you every step of the way. Some projects may be more complex and require more parts that need approval, and others may only need one little thing approved. However, the average panning time is 10 weeks.
We will try our best. We would want to have a face-to-face chat to understand your designs, how you have approached your project so far, and what has been put into place already. However, we always strive to make your dream home a reality, so get in touch!

Hello, I’m Tristan, I set up my company Lintel, combining my decades of knowledge about all aspects of home conversions, extensions, and additions into an easy, one-stop-shop for my clients. My aim is simple - find out through face-to-face communication what my clients want for their homes, why they want it, and to help them achieve the creation of their perfect home with honesty, transparency, and clarity.
