3) How we collect your data

We collect personal data when you:

  • Submit an enquiry or call-back request via our website

  • Submit your details via a Google Lead Form (e.g. from Google Ads)

  • Call, email, or otherwise contact us directly

  • Use our website (via cookies and analytics, where enabled)

4) Why we use your data (lawful bases)

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

A) To respond to enquiries and arrange call backs
To contact you about your request, ask follow-up questions, and discuss next steps.

B) To provide our services
If you become a client, we use your data to manage the project, communicate with you, and administer quotations, contracts, and invoices.
Lawful basis: Contract and legal obligation (e.g. accounting records).

C) To improve our website and measure performance
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to improve performance and content.
Lawful basis: Consent (for analytics cookies, where required) and legitimate interests (site administration and improvement).

D) Marketing (where permitted)

5) Google Lead Forms & advertising disclosure

If you submit your details through a Google Lead Form, Google shares your information with us so that we can contact you about your request. We use the information to:

  • Arrange a call back

  • Discuss your project and provide information/quotations

  • Follow up where it’s relevant to your enquiry

Google may also process your data in accordance with its own privacy policies.

6) Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share your data with trusted third parties only where necessary, such as:

  • Website hosting and IT providers

  • Email and communications providers

  • Google (for Google Analytics and Google Lead Forms/Ads, where used)

  • Professional advisers (e.g. accountants, legal advisers)

  • Contractors/suppliers involved in delivering your project (only where required)

We require third parties to process your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

7) International transfers

Some providers (including Google) may process data outside the UK. Where international transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK Addendum / Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your personal data.

8) How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Enquiries/leads: typically up to 24 months after last contact

  • Clients/projects: typically 6 years after the end of the financial year (to meet tax/accounting obligations)

  • Marketing: until you opt out / withdraw consent

  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Request deletion (in certain circumstances)
